MEXICAN DIP 
2 (16 oz.) cartons sour cream
1 enchilada mix, Lawry's
1 taco mix, Lawry's
1 bunch chopped green onions
2 sm. cans olives
3-4 chopped tomatoes
1-2 sm. cans diced Ortega chilies
1-2 sm. bunches chopped broccoli
2 chopped avocados, soak in lemon
Finely grated cheese

Mix enchilada mix with 1 container sour cream, mix taco mix with 1 container sour cream. Spread 1 mixture on half platter and the other on the other half. Layer remaining ingredients as they are listed above. Chill. Serve with tortilla chips.
