NIKKI'S ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 lg. can artichoke hearts
2 (4 oz.) cans diced Ortega chilies

Mix mayonnaise and grated cheese. Drain and coarsely chop artichoke hearts. Drain chilies. Add artichoke and chilies to cheese mixture. Mix well and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until top is brown. Serve with your favorite crackers.
