ARTICHOKE DIP 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 (2 lb.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 (7 oz.) can diced chilies

Mix thoroughly in a bowl. Put in a 1 quart baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with Triscuits or tortilla chips.
