ARTICHOKE DIP | |
2 cans artichokes, drained and chopped 1 (7 oz.) can chilies 1 bunch chopped green onions Cheddar cheese Monterey Jack cheese 1 c. Parmesan 1 c. mayonnaise 2-3 cloves minced garlic 3 cups total Mix all ingredients. Put some of cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with corn chips. |
