BLUE CHEESE DRESSING 
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. buttermilk
2 tbsp. crumbled blue cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients in blender until smooth. Chill. Yield: 2/3 cup - 1 tablespoons = 19 calories.
