MONKEY BREAD | |
2 cans biscuits, cut in quarters 1/2 c. sugar 1 tbsp. cinnamon 1 c. chopped nuts 1 stick butter 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar 1/2 c. raisins (opt.) Mix sugar and cinnamon in bowl with lid. Roll biscuit quarters in sugar and cinnamon mixture. Cover bottom of bundt pan with 1 can of biscuits. Sprinkle nuts and raisins on top of biscuit layer. Put other can of biscuits over nuts and raisins. Melt butter and brown sugar together. Pour over biscuits. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. |
