ASPARAGUS HORS D'OEURVES 
1 loaf sandwich bread
8 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. blue cheese
1 egg
Asparagus spears, fresh
Butter

Remove crusts from a loaf of sandwich bread. Roll each slice thin. Cream the cream cheese, blue cheese and egg together and spread on each slice of bread. Place a spear of asparagus on edge of each slice of bread and roll it up.

Dip in melted butter. Freeze on cookie sheets. When frozen cut in thirds and bag in plastic. When ready to serve, bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
