SPICED GRAPE JELLO 
4 1/2 c. grape juice
8 c. sugar
1/2 bottle Certo

Stem and crush 3 pounds grapes, add 1/2 cup vinegar; 1 teaspoon cloves, 2 teaspoons cinnamon. Stir until it boils, cover and simmer 10 minutes.

Strain juice. Measure. Add sugar and bring to a boil. Add Certo. Bring to a hard rolling boil for about half a minute. Remove from heat, skim if necessary. Pour into sterilized jars.
