DIABETICS GRAPE JELLY 
1 pkg. plain Jello
1/2 c. cold water
1 grain saccharin
2 c. unsweetened grape juice
1/2 c. grated lemon rind
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt

Add gelatin, water, and saccharin. Allow gelatin to soften and swell. Bring 1 cup grape juice to a boil and add to gelatin. Stir until dissolved. Add the other cup of grape juice to the lemon juice and rind and salt. Pour into gelatin. Pour into jars. When cold, cover and refrigerate.
