EASY GRAPE JELLY 
5 c. grape juice
7 c. sugar
1 box Sure-Jell pectin

Measure juice into large 6 or 8 quart pot. Measure sugar into a bowl. Add the Sure-Jell pectin to the juice, stirring in well. Bring mixture to a full rolling boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Quickly add sugar, stir in well, and bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly, and boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and skim off any foam with large spoon. Pour into jars and seal. Makes 8 cups.
