4 c. bottled Concord grape juice 7 c. sugar 1/2 bottle liquid fruit pectin In a large saucepan mix the juice with the sugar and bring to a boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Immediately stir in the pectin. Bring to a full rolling boil and boil hard for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat, skim and pour at once into hot sterile glasses. Seal with melted paraffin. 8 (6 ounce) jars. |
