1 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate

Bring whipped cream to boil, add chocolate. Stir until melted. Refrigerate overnight.

Stir before whipping because the chocolate will settle. Whip as usual, adding the sugar as you normally do.
