FILIPINO CHICKEN 
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. light corn syrup
Garlic salt, to taste
Salt, to taste
1 frying chicken, disjointed

Combine first 5 ingredients place chicken in heavy saucepan. Pour soy sauce mixture over chicken. Cover, simmer about 40 minutes or until chicken is tender. Serve hot or cold.
