GARLIC CHICKEN AND POTATOES 
4 tbsp. butter
6 chicken legs
6 potatoes
24 garlic cloves, unpulled
Salt
1/4 c. maple syrup

Heat oven to 400 degrees. In large roaster melt butter. Cut potatoes into bite size chunks. Place chicken and potatoes and garlic in roasting pan, sprinkle with salt. Turn to coat with butter. Arrange chicken skin side up. Bake 40 minutes basting with drippings. Mix maple syrup and 1/2 tsp. salt. Brush chicken with mixture and spoon pan drippings over potatoes occasionally. Bake 20 minutes.
