IMPOSSIBLE PUMPKIN PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
2 tbsp. butter
13 oz. can evaporated milk
2 eggs
16 oz. can pumpkin
2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin spice
2 tbsp. vanilla

Beat all ingredients together until smooth in blender for 1 minute. Pour into greased and floured 9 inch pie pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 50 to 55 minutes.
