CHARLIE'S BEANS 
1 (15 oz.) can lima beans
2 (15 oz.) cans pinto beans
2 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans
1 (15 oz.) can black-eyed peas
2 med. green pepper, diced
Generous 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
10 tbsp. molasses
5 slices bacon
1 lg. onion, diced

Drain all beans and black-eyed peas; reserve all juices. Dice 1 slice of bacon. Combine with all the other ingredients. Place in a baking dish. Lay rest of bacon slices on top. Bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours. Serves 12.
