HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 lb. hamburger
2 sm. onions, chopped
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can mushrooms, drained
3 tbsp. butter
1 can beef consomme
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
1 c. sour cream

In a large skillet brown hamburger and onions. Add mushrooms, drain fat. On medium heat sprinkle with flour and stir. Add consomme and stir until smooth, slightly thickened. Add tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper and garlic salt. Simmer 10 minutes.

Just before serving, add sour cream. Heat, do not boil. Serve with rice, noodles or toast.
