RAW APPLE CAKE 
3 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
3 c. raw apples, diced
1 c. pecans
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients and bake at 275°F for 2 hours.

Glaze for Raw Apple Cake:

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. Carnation milk

Cook about 10 minutes. Pour over hot cake.
