RAW APPLE POUND CAKE 
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
2 c. white sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. apple pie spice
3 c. Granny Smith or Rome apples
3 c. plain flour
1 c. pecan pieces

Combine all ingredients except apples and nuts. Mix well. Add apples and nuts, Mix well again. Pour into greased and floured bundt or tube pan.

Bake 350°F for 1 hour and 25 minutes or until done.
