ORANGE FRENCH TOAST 
4 eggs
1 c. orange juice
1/4 c. marmalade
1/2 tsp. salt
Shortening
8 slices bread
Powdered sugar
8 orange slices

Combine eggs, orange juice, marmalade and salt; beat until blended well. Pour mixture into a shallow bowl and dip each bread slice coating both sides evenly. Fry both sides in hot greased skillet until browned. Serve with powdered sugar and garnish with orange slices. Serves 8.
