1 can Progresso chick peas, drained 1 tbsp. olive oil Juice of 1 lemon 3 lg. cloves garlic, crushed 1/4 c. techina, mixed with 1/4 c. water Place all ingredients in food processor and blend until consistency of very smooth mashed potatoes. Serve by spreading hummus on large flat plate. Garnish with olive oil drizzled over top. Tip plate so oil spreads. Sprinkle with paprika and chopped parsley. Serve with warm pita bread. |
