SALTED PEANUT CHEWS 
1 yellow cake mix
1/3 c. butter, softened
1 egg
3 c. miniature marshmallows

TOPPING:

2/3 c. corn syrup
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (12 oz.) pkg. peanut butter chips
2 c. Rice Krispies
2 c. salted peanuts

In large bowl, combine bottom layer, except marshmallows. Press in 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, until brown. Sprinkle on marshmallows. Put in oven for 1 to 2 minutes, until marshmallows puff. Cool.

In large saucepan, heat corn syrup, butter, vanilla and chips, until chips are melted, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add Rice Krispies and peanuts. Smooth over bottom layer. Chill and cut into bars.
