2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
Nuts (optional)
3 c. fresh diced apples

Stir self-rising flour, sugar, oil and eggs. Add apples; stir. Add vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon; stir well. Pour into sheet cake pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. You can add nuts, if desired.
