APPLE DUMPLING CAKE 
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. self rising flour
3 c. chopped raw apples
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix first 4 ingredients; add flour, apples and pecans. Bake in tube pan at 350 degrees for about an hour.

FILLING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. milk

Combine all ingredients. Cook for 3 minutes. Pour over cake while still hot.
