RAW APPLE CAKE 
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 med. apples, peeled, cored & chopped
1 can angel flake coconut
1 c. chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a tube cake pan. Blend eggs, oil and sugar until creamy. Add flour a little at a time; batter will be stiff. Fold in apples, nuts and coconut. Pour in tube pan. Bake 1 hour. Cool in pan 30 minutes before removing.

ICING:

1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. milk

Mix icing ingredients in small saucepan. Boil for 3 minutes. Pour over warm cake. Store tightly.
