BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 onion
1/2 stick butter
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. Minute Rice, uncooked
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Use part of the butter to grease a 2 1/2 quart casserole. Combine soups and milk, add to the rest of ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir together and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
