CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 lg. box broccoli
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 pkg. stuffing mix (seasoned)
1 whole chicken
1 lb. mild cheddar cheese, shredded
2 pkgs. Lipton onion mix
2 c. uncooked rice

Cook chicken and debone. Cook broccoli as directed in chicken broth. Remove broccoli and cook rice in broth on low temperature. While it's cooking, add 1 can cream of chicken soup.

Mix 1 can cream of chicken soup and Lipton onion soup and stuffing. Add chicken. Simmer 1 minute, then layer the stuffing mix, then the rice mix, then broccoli and cover with cheese. Cook in oven until cheese is melted.
