SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage

Brown and drain sausage. Dice and saute the following in sausage drippings.

1 c. sweet pepper
1 c. onion
1 c. celery
2 pkg. dry Lipton chicken noodle soup
1/2 c. rice in 4 1/2 c. water

Cook rice, add all ingredients together with dry soup. Bake in buttered casserole dish for 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.
