SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. pork sausage
1 med. onion, diced
1 med. bell pepper, diced
3-4 stalks celery, sliced
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 env. Lipton chicken noodle soup
1 c. long grain rice
1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced, undrained
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced, undrained

Cook rice according to directions. Meanwhile, saute sausage, onion, bell pepper and celery until done. Mix other ingredients in microwave safe 3-quart dish. Add sausage mixture and rice. Stir together. Water may be added before or during cooking, if needed. Microwave on high 5 minutes, stir. Continue 10-15 minutes on level 5 (50% power), stirring every 5 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
