SAUSAGE PARTY CASSEROLE 
2 lb. bulk sausage
1 c. green pepper, chopped
3/4 c. onion, chopped
2 1/2 c. celery, chopped
2 pkg. chicken noodle soup mix
4 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. rice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can water chestnuts, chopped

Brown sausage. Pour off fat drippings. Saute green pepper, onion and celery in some of the drippings. Separately combine soup and water; stir in rice. Simmer covered for 20 minutes. Add sausage, vegetables and seasonings. Pour into greased large casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. 10 servings.
