SAVORY PARTY CASSEROLE 
1 lb. Bob Evans sausage
1 pkg. dry Lipton chicken noodle soup, family size, not cup-of-soup
1/2 to 1 c. minute rice
1 can water chestnuts, drained and slightly chopped
2 1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 to 1 c. chopped green pepper

Brown sausage slightly. Bring water to boil. Add rice and noodle soup. Cook 20 minutes. Add vegetables to sausage and cook until tender. Add rice, noodles, salt and water chestnuts to sausage. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
