GROUND BEEF PARTY CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. basil, crumbled
1 tsp. marjoram, crumbled
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
8 oz. noodles, uncooked
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, soft
1 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1/3 c. chopped green olives (optional)

Brown beef, add onions. Cook until tender; add seasoning and tomato sauce, simmer 5 minutes. Stir occasionally. Cook noodles. Drain and rinse. Blend cheeses and sour cream. Add olives and mix. Spread half of noodles in greased 3 quart baking dish. Top with cheese mixture, add remaining noodles and then meat sauce mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until bubbly. Serves 8-10.
