CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 onion, sliced
4 stalks celery
1/2 green pepper
1 lb. pork sausage
1 pkg. Lipton chicken noodle soup
1 c. brown rice
4 or 5 c. water
1/4 or 1/2 c. slivered almonds
OPTIONAL: cook & debone chicken & add to mixture

Saute sausage, add vegetables. Pour on rice, add water, bring to boil. Add noodle soup, mix in almonds. Put in casserole and bake at 350 degrees for about an hour.
