OATMEAL RAISIN COOKIES 
3/4 c. Fleischmann's Sweet unsalted butter, softened
1/2 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1 c. all purpose flour
1 c. rolled oats
1 c. dark seedless raisins
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 c. skim milk

In large bowl, with electric mixer at medium speed, beat Fleischmann's Sweet unsalted butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in remaining ingredients until blended.

Shape dough by tablespoons into balls. Place on ungreased baking sheets. Flatten with bottom of floured glass.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until done. Remove from baking sheets and cool on wire racks.
