CHEESE GRITS CASSEROLE 
1 c. grits
4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 stick butter
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 eggs

Cook grits in water and salt according to directions on box. Beat in butter and cheese. Beat eggs. Finish filling 1 cup with milk, add to grits. Bake in buttered 9"x12" casserole in 325 degree oven for 45 minutes.
