LEMON PARSLEY CARROTS | |
1/4 c. soft butter 6 med. carrots, cut in thin strips 1 tbsp. chopped parsley 1 tbsp. chopped chives 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tbsp. water Melt butter in saucepan; add lemon juice. Arrange carrots in layers in a baking dish. Between each layer, pour in some of the lemon juice and butter mixture; sprinkle with chives and parsley. Add water. Cover and bake at 350 degrees until carrots are gender, about 30 minutes. |
