CHEESE SPREAD 
2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
2 (5 1/2 oz.) jars horseradish
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Melt cheese for 3 minutes in microwave. Stir, then microwave for 3 to 4 minutes. Add mayonnaise and mix. Drain 1 jar of horseradish and add. Add undrained horseradish and Worcestershire sauce and mix thoroughly. Pour in jars and refrigerate. Pour fast, it sets up quickly.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
