DRIED BEEF-CHEESE SPREAD 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. sm. curd cottage cheese (drained)
2 tbsp. chopped black olives (dry a little)
2 tsp. grated onion
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of hot sauce
3 oz. dried beef, snipped with scissors in sm. pieces

Soften cream cheese to room temperature. Combine with cottage cheese until smooth. Add olives, onions and sauces; mix well. Add 1/3 of snipped beef.

Shape into large bowl. Wrap in foil and refrigerate. To serve, put the rest of the beef on the ball. Center on plate with crackers and celery.
