DRIED BEEF SPREAD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1 lg. jar dried beef, finely chopped
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped pecans, sauteed in 2 tbsp. butter

Combine all ingredients except pecans and spoon into a 1-quart casserole. Sprinkle with sauteed pecans. Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven. Serve hot with crackers, Melba toast, cocktail rye or pumpernickel bread.
