DRIED BEEF SPREAD 
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar chip beef, chopped
1 tbsp. onion flakes
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)

Mix all ingredients together well. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes in small baking/serving dish. Serve warm with crackers (Ritz crackers are good). This spread is also good the next day, served cold.
