CORNED BEEF SPREAD 
1 can corned beef
1 sm. carton sour cream
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
2 tbsp. mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl, until thoroughly blended. Chill, covered, in refrigerator. Use as sandwich spread on rye bread, or open faced on party-rye halves as appetizer. Serve with ice cold pickles onions as a garnish.

First time I had these, my sister-in-law made them to take to the Chicago Zoo for picnic lunch. She spread the mixture on bakery hard rolls, wrapped each individually with aluminum foil and baked them in the oven... 325°F for about 30 minutes. They were so good! 50 years ago probably.
