1 tbsp. yeast
1 tsp. honey
1 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. flour
Egg
1/2 c. warm water

Dissolve 1 tablespoon yeast in 1/2 cup warm water, add 1 teaspoon honey and 1 teaspoon salt, add 1 1/3 cups flour. Knead dough. Roll pieces into a long rope. Form letters on wax paper. Brush with beaten egg. Sprinkle with salt. Bake 10 minutes in 425 degree preheated oven.
