BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS 
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cloves garlic, mashed
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. salt
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed

Mix sour cream, paprika, pepper, garlic, lemon juice and salt. Marinate chicken breasts in this mixture overnight. Dip each piece of chicken in soft bread crumbs which have been mixed with rosemary. Place in baking dish and bake about 30 to 45 minutes in 350 degree oven, until tender. Better if drizzled with melted butter during baking. Sour cream marinade may be used again. (This is the dish my children always request for birthday celebrations. They call it "That Chicken".)
