1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c butter
3/4 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
2 pkg. instant chocolate fudge pudding
2 c. Cool Whip
Nuts, if desired

Mix flour, butter and nuts well; bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cream together cream cheese and powdered sugar and add 1 cup Cool Whip.

Prepare chocolate fudge pudding according to the directions on package. Spread on top. Put 2 cups Cool Whip and nuts on top. Cool overnight.
