BAKED CHICKEN & RICE 
1 chicken, cut up
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. uncooked rice
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 tbsp. butter
3 c. chicken broth (or boiling water)
1 tsp. celery salt

Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and paprika. Brown rice and onions in butter. Spread rice mixture in buttered 13 x 9 x 2 inch dish. Add broth and celery salt. Place chicken on top of rice. Cover tightly with foil. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove cover and bake 15 minutes or until meat is tender.
