PASTA SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) box pasta (shells, rigatoni, etc.)
1 green pepper, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped, tops too
2 sm. carrots, chopped
1/2 jar salad olives
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 bottle Italian dressing

Cook pasta, drain and cool. Add the vegetable and cheese. Mix well and add dressing. Marinate at least 1 hour before serving.
