PASTA SALAD 
1 (1 lb.) box spiral noodles
1/4 c. oil
1 1/2 c. light vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. and 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. Dijon style mustard
1 (4 oz.) jar pimento, chopped; optional
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 bunch green onions, sliced thin with tops
1 med. cucumber, sliced thin

Cook spiral noodles as directed on package. Drain. Add oil, mix well and drain. Mix together vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, garlic powder and mustard. Add dressing to noodles. Add pimentos, onions and cucumber. Toss well. Refrigerate 3 days, stirring 3-4 times daily before serving.
