MEDITERRANEAN CHICKEN SALAD 
3 whole breasts or 3 lbs. cooked chicken
1/3 c. olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
Juice of 1 lemon
3/4 c. black olives
2 tbsp. drained capers
8 cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 lb. green beans, cooked
Salt and pepper to taste
