CHEESY POTATO SOUP 
12 potatoes, diced
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 stick butter
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
16 oz. cheese
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. cooking sherry
1 c. milk

Cover first 5 ingredients with water and cook until tender. Then add cheese, pepper and cooking sherry. Stir until creamy.
