SUGAR-FREE CHOCOLATE CHIP
COOKIES
 
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine and beat one minute at medium speed:

1/2 c. soft butter
1 egg
1/2 c. Sugar Twin
1/4 c. non-fat dry milk
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla

Add and blend 2 minutes at low speed:

1 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Fold in:

1 (2 oz.) dietetic milk chocolate candy bar, cut into 1/4 inch pieces

Drop from teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 20-25 minutes or until light golden brown.
